Ochlophilia

An ochlophiliac feels sexual arousal from or fantasizes about crowds. This may or may not involve sexual acts with said crowd. Sometimes the mere presence of a crowd is enough to sexually arouse the person. It is one of the less common paraphilias.

Paraphilias do not always become problematic. Someone with ochlophilia should seek treatment only if the fetish gets in the way of their daily life. Most people with this fetish find healthy and appropriate ways to express their sexuality, without putting themselves at risk.
